About the Founder

Aba Azeem, founder of IntegrityIQ, is an expert facilitator, instructional designer, and leadership coach with over a decade of experience in learning & development, talent strategy, and business growth. A Columbus, Ohio native, Aba is a graduate of The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business, where she earned her BBA in Accounting, and Franklin University, where she completed her MBA in Organizational Leadership. Her studies focused on leadership theories, human behavior, and the intersection of people experiences and business success—principles that drive IntegrityIQ’s approach today.

Aba is also the co-founder of Mahogany Search Partners, an executive search and consulting firm specializing in diverse talent acquisition, business consulting, and leadership development. Through Mahogany Search Partners, she helps organizations build inclusive, high-performing leadership teams by integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles into executive hiring strategies.

With a career spanning Rockwell Automation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Outcomes (formerly Cardinal Health), Verizon Wireless, and Randstad Technologies, Aba has designed and led high-impact learning initiatives that develop talent, drive cultural transformation, and enhance business growth. Her expertise includes mentorship program design, workforce upskilling, and executive coaching, making her a trusted partner for organizations looking to elevate their leadership and talent strategy.

Beyond her corporate career, Aba is an influential community leader. She served on the City of Columbus Chief of Police Advisory Panel, providing input on policing strategies and community engagement. As the former Chair of the Create Columbus Commission, she led initiatives to engage young professionals in local policy discussions and shape the future of Columbus. She was also featured as a Session Speaker for Franklin University’s Raymond E. Mason, Jr. Leadership Symposium, delivering insights on AI strategies for leadership and decision-making.
